Diane Salerno President Diane Salerno launched Six Degrees Global in 1997 as an independent agency specializing in the strategic development and creative execution of promotional and sponsorship alliances between the entertainment industry and corporate America. She has worked with numerous Fortune 500 brands as well as entertainment and media companies including: Disney Studios, Producers Guild of America, AT&T, AMC Networks, Universal Studios, General Motors, Paramount Pictures, American Express, PBS, Sony Electronics, IMAX. Prior to starting her own company, Diane worked at Sony Pictures for more than ten years in various marketing positions. During her tenure, she was Senior Vice President of Theatrical Promotions and was responsible for the strategic development and management of media promotions and corporate partnership deals for the Columbia Pictures & TriStar Pictures' slates of films. For two years, she was Director of Field Publicity & Promotions where she not only oversaw agencies across the country and press junkets, but created numerous local promotions and strategic public relations plan for each film as well. In addition to her specific responsibilities, Diane was also a point person and primary executive liason creating cross-divisional marketing opportunities with Sony’s various sister companies including Sony Music, Sony Electronics, Sony Online Ventures, Sony Computer Entertainment, Columbia TriStar Television and Sony Retail Entertainment. |
