Holly Beverly A Partner in Six Degrees Global, Holly brings a unique perspective to marketing, having worked on both the client and agency sides of the business. During her career, Holly has been on the client side working for entertainment companies such as Disney, DreamWorks and Universal. She has also worked for advertising and sales promotion agencies with diversified client rosters including L’Oreal, Gatorade and Jack in the Box. Holly was Vice President of Promotions at Twentieth Century Fox., spearheading promotions, sponsorship and media tie-ins for the company’s Theatrical Marketing Division. In that position, she oversaw promotional campaigns for theatrical releases including: XMen, Planet of the Apes and Dr. Dolittle 2. Under her leadership, the Promotions Department successfully negotiated partner contracts with Toys ‘R Us, The Navy and General Motors. Additionally, Holly leveraged the studio’s annual television buy across 20 cable networks to generate significant incremental promotional advertising. Cable television partners included MTV Networks, The Discovery Channel and E! Entertainment Television. Before joining Twentieth Century Fox, Holly was in DreamWorks’ Consumer Products Division. She negotiated strategic alliance partnerships across the studio’s Film, Home Entertainment and Television divisions. Marketing partners included Burger King, Coca-Cola, Hershey and Microsoft. Diane Salerno Diane Salerno, a Partner in Six Degrees Global, began her career in entertainment marketing at Columbia TriStar Pictures. She served in various positions from Director of Field Publicity & Promotions to Senior Vice President of Theatrical Promotions and Special Marketing Projects. Her specific responsibilities included strategic development and management of media promotions and corporate partnership deals for all theatrical releases. As a member of the Sony Corporation’s executive committee for cross-divisional marketing opportunities, Diane served alongside representatives from Sony Music, Sony Electronics, Sony Online Ventures, Sony Computer Entertainment, Columbia TriStar Television and Sony Retail Entertainment. In 1997, Salerno & Associates was formed by Diane as an independent agency specializing in the strategic development and creative execution of promotional and sponsorship alliances between the entertainment industry and corporate America. Salerno & Associates’ client roster included: Universal Studios, Paramount Pictures, PBS, Sony Electronics, Artisan Entertainment and IMAX. |
